If the leisure battery loses charge or doesn’t appear to charge while travelling, tell us the battery type and what you observe on hook-up and while driving. Charging-system troubleshooting is assessed within demonstrated competence. Lithium conversions and complex solar or inverter installations need a separate suitability assessment.

Yes, campervan habitation repair requests are welcome. Factory and bespoke conversions vary, so include the converter’s name, any system documentation and clear photos where available. We assess whether the work is suitable before agreeing a booking.
Basic non-regulated 12V habitation faults can be assessed within available competence and equipment. Mains 230V work, testing and certification require a suitably qualified specialist. We do not undertake base-vehicle engine management or major mechanical repairs.
Suitable mobile work can be considered at your home if there is permission, safe access and enough room to work. Public-road parking, controlled zones and site rules can affect suitability. Send your postcode and access details first.
