Enquiries and booking

An enquiry is a request for an assessment or quotation, not a booking, a contract for work or a guarantee of availability. We confirm the vehicle, location, scope, price and suitable access before accepting a job. No payment is taken through this website.

Call-out, labour, parts, specialist services and additional travel costs are discussed before booking. Any additional work needs agreement. Confirmed prices must explain applicable taxes, including VAT where relevant.

What we can assess

The proposed launch scope covers selected habitation faults and minor repairs within confirmed competence, insurance and equipment. LPG, 230V electrical work, full servicing and certification require appropriate specialist engineers. No qualifications, approval or warranty protection should be inferred from an enquiry.

Engine and gearbox repairs, MOT tests, major vehicle mechanical work, structural accident repairs and extensive damp reconstruction are outside the proposed mobile repair service. Formal pre-purchase inspections are deferred.

Before a paid booking

The operator must provide the applicable contract information, agreed scope, total price or calculation method, cancellation arrangements and any relevant consumer rights. If work is requested within a statutory cancellation period, any required express request and acknowledgements must be obtained before it starts. These enquiry notes do not replace the booking terms or limit statutory consumer rights.
