Caravan repairs

Mobile caravan repairs. Without the towing trip.

A touring caravan should be ready when you are. If the pump won’t start, a window won’t close or the lights keep going out, tell us what’s happening. We assess mobile repair requests across Greater London, at home, in storage or on site.

Looking for a caravan engineer in London? Send the symptoms and your postcode first, so we can check whether the job is suitable for a mobile visit.

Help with the living space

The everyday faults that shouldn’t stop a trip.

Habitation repairs cover the systems and fittings that make your caravan comfortable to use. Some faults are straightforward; others need parts, a second visit or specialist support. We explain the likely next step before you book.

01

No water at the tap?

A pump that keeps running, cuts out or won’t start can have several causes. We assess requests for caravan water pump repair, pump replacement, minor pipework leaks and accessible connection repairs. Let us know whether the tank has water and what sound the pump makes.

02

Toilet flush or cassette problems

A stiff blade, a failed flush, a leaking seal or a cassette that won’t seat properly can quickly spoil a trip. Share the toilet model and symptoms so we can discuss suitable toilet mechanism and cassette-related repairs. Empty and clean the cassette before a visit.

03

Water leaks and tired seals

Drips around a fitting, stained trim or a damp patch need investigation before simply adding more sealant. Minor water leak repair and accessible seal replacement may be suitable for a mobile visit. Extensive damp reconstruction or structural damage needs a specialist assessment elsewhere.

04

Windows, rooflights and catches

A broken stay, cracked handle or rooflight that won’t latch can make your caravan difficult to use. Send a photo and any maker’s label. We can assess catches, seals, accessible fittings and selected replacements, subject to safe access and the condition of the surrounding structure.

05

Battery and basic 12V problems

If lights flicker, the control panel loses power or you have a caravan battery charging problem, describe what works on battery and what changes on hook-up. Basic non-regulated 12V diagnosis is considered within demonstrated competence. Mains 230V wiring and testing need a specialist.

06

Interior fittings and selected accessories

Loose cupboard doors, broken catches, worn hinges and damaged interior fittings can often be assessed from photos. Selected accessory installations are considered after checking compatibility, mounting points and the vehicle’s systems. No gas or mains electrical installation is implied.

07

Fridge and heater faults

For caravan fridge repair or a Truma heater repair enquiry in London, send the make, model, error code and affected power source. Gas appliances, refrigerant work and 230V systems need appropriately competent specialists. We can discuss the request; specialist appointments are not yet guaranteed.

Specialist work · partner availability to be confirmed

Every job is assessed before booking. We only accept work within our competence, equipment and insurance cover. Gas, mains electrical work and formal servicing need appropriately qualified specialists.

When a specialist is needed

The right person for the job.

LPG work, 230V electrics and formal servicing need suitably competent, qualified and insured engineers. Ask us about arranging specialist servicing. Partners and appointments are subject to confirmation.

Good to know

Your questions,
answered.

A few useful answers before you get in touch.

Can you repair my caravan at a storage site?

Suitable faults can be considered at a storage site if visiting engineers are permitted and there is safe access and space to work. Tell us the postcode, gate arrangements and any site restrictions. We confirm the job and access before accepting a booking.

Should I send photos before a caravan repair visit?

Yes. A clear view of the problem, a wider photo of its location and a maker’s label can help identify the part. Do not remove gas fittings, electrical covers or anything unsafe to reach to take a photograph.

Do you service caravan chassis or brakes?

Full caravan servicing, including relevant chassis work, requires a suitably competent partner engineer. Ask us about arranging this; partner appointment availability must be confirmed. We do not present it as a direct launch repair service.

Can you repair serious damp damage?

Minor accessible leaks and seals can be assessed, but extensive damp reconstruction and structural accident repairs are outside the proposed mobile repair scope. We may suggest a specialist workshop assessment.
